Cinematic woodblock painting: a samurai in lacquered armour, seen from behind, works at a desk of monitors running Claude Code on a lantern-lit veranda above a misty Thai river valley at night, temples and a full moon beyond.

Automating businesses with AI and outsourcing whilst living in Thailand.

I build the systems, agents run them, and people do the parts only people can.

Three hands do the work

  1. Over the samurai's shoulder: monitors running Claude Code sessions, ticked checklists and sent messages, one lantern lit beside the desk.

    Software

The repeatable goes to software: the lists, the checks and the messages, done the same way every time.

  2. Glowing paper cranes fly out from the veranda across the moonlit valley carrying letters and film reels while the samurai watches from the rail.

    Agents

Claude Code agents run the systems: they write, cut and caption the video, schedule the posts and watch the servers.

  3. A lantern-lit riverside warehouse: workers pack crates and pull a cart while the samurai checks a tablet and points to the next crate.

    People

People pack, lift and make the judgement calls. Knowing which job goes where is the skill.

An edit bay on the veranda: a video timeline with a caption track and Claude Code sessions on the screens, a hawk carrying a film reel out over the valley.

Content that ships itself.

One pipeline writes, cuts and captions the video. Another schedules the posts, so the work goes out while I'm doing something else.

The plumbing nobody sees.

Email, servers and the small jobs that keep them up, watched by agents instead of by me. When something breaks, an agent tells me.

Beneath the workshop, glowing cables run like water through a stone aqueduct between small server cabinets, paper-crane sentinels on watch and one red lantern lit where something needs attention.
Dawn over the river valley: the samurai, helmet off and resting on the desk, stands at the veranda rail watching the sun rise through pink mist.
